MUSTDESTROY Help: Payments All payments are made via PayPal. You can order your items using a credit or debit card or your bank account. All major cards accepted. Returns If, for any reason, you are not happy with the item you have purchased then simply send us your item back within 14 days of purchase. We will happily exchange items, that are not damaged and are re-sealable, for another item or a refund. If you wish to make a return then please email us and we will arrange the return with you. Make sure your items are securely sealed and includes the correct posting information. We will not accept responsibilty for items which may become lost or damaged on the way back to us, so make sure you send using recorded delivery or equivalent. We will try to process your return with 1 week and will confirm via email when your return has been processed. Delivery Our shipping rates are as follows:
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. FAQ Q. My order hasn't arrived yet. What has happened to it? A. There may be a few reasons for this: 1) One or more of your items may be temporarily out of stock. If so, your item(s) will be despatched as soon as we have it in stock, at no extra delivery cost. 2) Your order may still be in the process of delivery. If your order hasn't arrived after 28 days then please contact us. 3) Your item may have been lost in the mail. If this happends, we can either re-send your items or we can simply refund you. Q. My order has arrived damaged. How do I get a refund or an exchange? A. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, we can offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) or an exchange. For more info about delivery please see the top of this page. Q. I recently completed the contact form. However, I have still to get a reply. A. We try to reply to querys as soon as we can, but sometimes it can take longer than normal to respond. Please give us a few days extra to reply to your query. If you are still unhappy after a few days, simply give us a call or an email. Q. I wish to change the original delivery address I gave when ordering. Is this possible? A. If you would like to change your delivery address you can email or phone as. Make sure you get in touch as soon as possible, if orders are sent out to the original order address before you get in touch we cannot accept responsibilty. Q. I came across an error on the website.
